This is my second set of pans from Elite Bakeware and I can honestly say I am even more impressed than I was the first time. These are heavy duty, non-stick and after a couple of uses they still look brand spanking new. They have a nice silicone grip that makes them so much easier to handle and are oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
These are so perfect for baking especially cookies. We made a few batches of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies over the weekend and they just slid of the pan. All I had to do before baking my second batch was wipe the pan off with paper towel, spray and bake. These are .75" deep, so on the agenda for this weekend is some brownies without the worries of have to scrape the pan to get it clean. These are the best baking pans I have ever had. They are far from being cheap quality and I recommend them for any any household!
